Superior is best choice

Actually it is a no brainer. the Superior 23HP is the best choice because it is equal to or better than the RC and it costs less money.........unless you want to spend more and get nothing better!

Seal the Pipe

I agree with Slim on sealing the pipe. You might also want to be sure you are not using too much oil in your gas. If you do, you will generate an excessive amount of runny unburned oil in the pipe which will run from an unsealed slip joint.
